Joe Rogers is one of the biggest sharks in the industry. He rip me off for a lot of money, he is a big lier, a scammer and a con artist. He will tell you that he went school in Harvard, MIT and other BS.in reality he went to school at a local community college. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY.
He will tell you that he has PPM's in place for your business or project and that it cost this monies to use to PPM for you to get funded. He will have it written in correct documented notarized form and the doc will cover every detail. He is good and he scam me out of a lot money and I'm still trying to get back.
