Were quick to take my money order but not quick on the shipping Internet

On March 31 I ordered a dvd from tower. It's now the middle of may and still have yet to recieve what I ordered or any responses as to when I could expect my order. I tried contacting them several (over 100 times) alls I get is an after hours recording. I've called at different times of the day and night. Never have I once spoken to an actual customer service rep. Several message were left with my name, order number, my problem, as well as my phone number. Have yet to hear anything back from them. I even sent them several emails and no response to them either. I am so lost as to what to do next. I've had it, it takes alot of my time out of my busy schedule to keep calling them over and over again, emailing them over and over again. This is one company that need to be shut down. They don't know anything about running a business!!! I'm beyond angry, I'm furious!!
