Payment taken, no merchandise, overcharged credit card!

I put an order for that total number of 'That 70's Display' from DVD donkey online fourteen days before Christmas. I subsequently mentioned the wrong cost was taken off my bill - I had been overcharged $40 US. It's now been 5 months since I have created the purchase and that I haven't obtained something and or has anybody created connection with me after I sent their contact us area (which recommended me they'd respond within 48 hours).
