Terrible experience!

I named the client service focus on Holiday evening after I attempted to setup my boyis new sport program and unearthed that the machine didn't function. I named and talked to some child who truly appeared to worry about that which was occurring and offered me a guide quantity and so I might call-back after I got my sport program examined and discovered what component wasn't functioning correctly. After I called back, I acquired some woman who could not speak Language and may not notice me for the background sound where she was. I'd to hold back for around five units to talk to somebody, no huge package, so when I eventually get someone about the telephone she cannot speak Language and every 2 or 3 phrases she stated " Uummm, uumm." She was no aid whatsoever. She actually explained our completely new xbox360 game program had an expired guarantee. Cheers for destroying Holiday for my 8year old boy. Thank God for Gamestop and individuals there who care. Your day after-Christmas Gamestop assisted us get my boyis game program operating.
