Rip off artist! Send bootleg illegal DVDs and never issue refunds!

I ordered a box set of "Homefront" back in July. Two months passed before I received anything. Several emails went unanswered. What finally showed up was a bootleg, illegal copy that somebody recorded on a VCR off of TV. (complete with voice over plugs for upcoming episodes of Nightline!) When I emailed the company to express my anger, I was told to return it and they would issue a refund. I am still waiting. When I contested the charges with Visa, I was told that I had to have some sort of tracking number to prove that I returned it. (Aspire Visa is ALSO a rip off artist, but that is another post!) And now I can't get ahold of anybody. I can't get my money back. And I have nothing to show for it. I am out $99.98 plus countless hours of my life!!!
