I paid for "hot seat" tickets with gifts and they refused to help me. Charlestown West Virgina

Recreation & Entertainment

I purchased Hot Seat Tickets through Ticketmaster.com. They emailed the tickets to me. There was NEVER an indication where to pick up or that they would be mailed. The venue in Chicago had no idea what I was talking about. I called them and they told me that it was my fault that I did not communicate with them sooner than I had. Without instruction on how I would receive them. I was supposed to receive a "Hot Seat" tour gift and Laminate ticket, both I have not seen and they told me I WILL NOT receive them. The items are cheap promotional items, but the fact that I took my family with me and wanted to give the items to them as something to remember. It was the Bob Dylan show in Chicago, IL on Sun, 10.28.07.

Amber (refused to give last name), Support Leader in West Virginia, was completely rude and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. She refused to help in anyway and was a completely out of line when speaking to me. If I didn't want the "Hot Seat" tickets, I would have purchased cheaper tickets.

They refused and told me I lost out.
