Terrible experience!

Although trying to make use of a never exposed Hit Gift Certificate my spouse and that I were informed from the scared shop worker that it'd no cash onto it (it had been void). Today we popped the card before the worker and had never used it. He provided reluctantly to get hold of his Supervisor (whom I thought was within the shop). He named her athome and he or she let him realize that there is nothing she might or might do. The Gift-Card was emptiness also it was our misfortune.

Our criticism isn't using the worker or Supervisor, though they might have now been only a little better at problemsolving. Our criticism is by using Hit who not enable their employees to produce choices. These personnel actually noticed that people were out cash but might do-nothing to help make the condition right. Alternatively Hit simply gobbled up the price of the Gift Certificate. 100% revenue in the clients cost.

In a period of retail short-comings Hit is pleased to stone back and relaxation onto itis fat rump. The issue I request is just how long till it knows the worthiness of the typical client... Steer clear people!
