Ripoff false promises ripoff deception tricked and lied to us Charleston

June 19th, I ordered three front row seats to OZZFEST 2002. I surrendered $640.75. The $40.75 was a processing and convenience fee and 2-day ups delivery. WHERE IN THE HELL IS MY MONEY? I never did receive those tickets, yet the full amount of $640.75 was debited from the checking account! Good luck trying to get through their phone lines!
The phone number I used to order the tickets was 'no longer in service'!! I repeatedly tried to track my confirmation number on their website, that reported SORRY, THERE WAS A PROBLEM PROCESSING YOUR ORDER! After repeated e-mails to customer support; which responded YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A REPLY WITHIN THE NEXT 72 HOURS; I received one that told me the tickets would be printed and mailed July 10th. So I waited!!! I never did receive the tickets that were mailed!
The day after the event I was able to get through their BUSY phone line using another number I had to track down only to be told those tickets were never mailed and that I should have called 4 hours before the event started. The event started at 10: am. Ticketmaster doesn't open until 9: am!!! My traveling distance was 170 miles one way!!! HOW IN THE HELL CAN THEY CHARGE A PROCESSING FEE and process nothing? The convenience fee? HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM!!! They strung me along for 60 days so I could not change the bank draft!!! TICKETMASTER, YOU OWE ME $640.75 AND YOU KNOW IT. I plan on devoting all my spare time on web sites like this and to file charges in a small claims court pending you give me back my money!!!
