I ordered a 'special package' of 50 'assorted colors' including colors of; red, blue, white, green, yellow, orange, pink. I was sent a box with another sealed foil package inside containing the glow sticks. Of course, in order to see if glow sticks were right colors, size and number i ordered, i had to OPEN the package to see. When i realized i did not receive all the colors advertised on the website, and some sticks were strange colors like they had already been 'spent', and found that to be true later.

I wrote George telling him i had incomplete order and asked him if i could return order to get the colors i really wanted? His reply was..."you already opened the package, therefore i cannot accept a return order'. WEll... Duh! Who is going to get an order without OPENING IT to see if what you want is in the package???

When he wouldnt respond by correcting this order, i wrote and told him i was filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I have heard no more from him since.

Wish I would have checked his company name online before i placed my order, as that is when i found a RIP OFF REPORT on him and his 'company'.
