Sold stolen tickets for French Tennis Open for several times face value Ripoff

I bought tickets for French Open Tennis 2007 for the Chatrier Court and paid about 10 times face value. These tickets were stolen when on route to the intended recipient and therefore re-issued by the French Tennis Federation and were therefore not valid. It was a very embarrassing situation as we were escorted from our seats by security guards.

I have emailed and telephoned topticketshop.com several times but have received no response. The matter has been reported to the police in Paris and the French Tennis Federation aswell as the credit card company which was used to purchase theses tickets. The credit card company is investigating the matter but I am not very optimistic about getting my money back.

Having 'googled' topticketshop I find that I am not the only victim and that many others have been duped by them. What I can't undersand is how they continue to trade and why the credit card companies are authorising payments.
