Dercective products no Customer support. Ripoff

I went to Whitewater Bay 6/11/07 and i bought my Family Souvenir Cups. I piad 8$ plus tax total Cost was 34.35$. I get to the front gate my Youngest told me her Cup had a leak in it, i looked at it and it had a bunch of little cracks in it. Then as i was looking at the Souvenir Cup i noitced it it had a large crack in the middle of it. The Cup was Brittle because i barely squeezed the cup and it cracked and split down the side. The other (3) Cups was not like this.

So i went back into the park to the concession stand where i bought the Cup from and i showed the "YOUNG KID" that waited on he says Can i help you? I said yes i just bought this Souvenir Cup from you and i noticed it is cracked and the plastic seems Brittle not flexable like the other 3 cups. He says (NO) ReFunds Or exchanges on items all sales are final! I have a Sales Receipt i showed it to him he says again no exchanges or refunds. I said listen it was damaged from the box the plastic is brittle can i just exchange it for a New cup...

Then he says i can do not a exchange! I asked to speak to a manger he says SURE if you can find one" i said i will go to guest relations and tell them about my Problem. After speaking to TWO park directors they told me Sorry NO exhchanges. I said listen the cup was defective then he picks up and gives it a squeeze it split down the center he says why did it do that For? I said because it is defective brittle plastic... After another 5 minutes he Would not offer a exhcange to me. He says you can buy another one and i will give a Dollar off Cupon... I said NO and thanks for not offering to help the customer who pays your weekly paycheck when we buy products from the concession stands.

8$ bucks wasted because they are selling dectective Souvenir Cups. Season passes family of 4 cost me 260$ then the parking permit was 32$ after spending all thsis money they can not exchange one Souvenir Cup because it was defective!!! What a rip off all of there prices are super high. Look at the coke machine 20 oz bottle 3.00$ and a cheese Burger 5.50$ nacho's 4.50$ very small serving for 4.50$ they are making a Killing on parking and Adult General Admission - $24.99.. (GIVE ME A BREAK) they can exchange it just being cheap...
