Failure to inform restrictions Ripoff

Took my kids to Putt Putt Gold and Games in Memphis, TN on june 13. When I got there I bought 3 wristbands for myself and 2 kids. When I paid I was not informed of any restrictions of the wristbands. My kids and I went straight to the go-karts and rode them a few times. After the go-karts we went and played putt putt for about an hour. After that we went to bumper boats and then decided to go for the go-karts one more time before we left to go home 30 miles away. When we got back to the go-karts the attendant looked at our wristbands and told me the bands were expired. I informed him we just bought them today. How could they be expired? Attendant told me the writsbands were only good for 1 hour after the first time we rode. I did not see anything that told me anything about that. I went to the park manager. I told the park manager the same thing and pointed to the price board and asked him to show me where it said 1 hour for the karts. Manager then walked 20 feet away from the front counter and got a flyer off the wall that only the people that go to the golf range would see. He pointed to the part of the flyer that said 1 hour for the wristbands. I asked where on the price board does it say that. When I bought the bands why didn't the cashier tell me that. How was a person that never have been there before to know if it is not on the price board or is told. He then pointed to the wall that holds the flyers and left it at that. I understood that I was getting nowhere and so I took my wristband off and handed it to the manager and informed him that I will not be back. He had the additude that he really did not care and I left. Please find somewhere else to go to take the kids before you get ripped off from this company. They do not tell you all the restrictions and take your money on false pretenses. Save your self a big headache and stay away from this entertainment park.
