Carnival games ripped me off ripoff

Check this out. Went to the st. Clair county fair in 2006 in belleville illinois with my aunt and uncle. We went to play the water games, we kept losing and asked the operators if the games was rigged, and both operators said NO.

We asked how come we wasnt winning, and they kept saying we wasnt hitting the targets, so my uncle said what do we look like a bunch of dumb hicks we know how to shoot at a target, so we got up and left.

Next was the shoot out the star. Bb game. Rip off the barrels are all bent inside so the guns never shoot straight. Then came the balloon game. Easy right, wrong. They kept saying all you have to do to get the big prize is hit a jumbo tag. Aint no jumbo tag on the board.
One guy in the balloon game was even wearing a walkie talkie and we asked him to call the owner over, his reply was the owner wasnt there that night. Please what owner isnt at his carnival.

The rides are way to pricy for the little fair. Who in their right mind is going to pay $6 to ride the storm. The food is to high priced and the carnies are all rude as hell. Maybe somebody needs to look further into these guys.
