Will not stop billing me

This company ask for 1 months payment to use there website and I paided it and used there website.

Now the month has come and gone and the company is still billing me.

It has been 4 months now and this company is still billing me.

I've sent e-mails stating that I want them to stop the billing and I get no anwser from them.

I also leave messages on the voice mail box.

I get no reply and want this site to be closed so no other people go through what I'm going through.
