Scammed me into signing up for their program unintentionally just asked for e-mail address from TICKETMASTER Internet

While purchasing tickets online through Ticketmaster November 2 they asked me for my e-mail address. I got a verification that I had just signed up for Enertainment Rewards and I cancelled right away. I saw a $9 charge on my bank state ment and called the number that showed up to get a refund because I know I cancelled right away. She told me there was no record of my cancelation and she would ahve to get approval for the refund and put me on hold for a few minutes. She came back and said the refund was authorized as a one time courtesy (as if I will let it happen again) So it was easy for me to get my refund, I feel bad for all the others that does get so lucky or that dont notice it in time.
