Packetel, Pfax I tried to cancel my account, initially on August 3. They kept sending e-mails, confirmed the cancellation, yet continued to charge my credit account to date: January

Via e-mail, I made the first attempt to cancel my account on August 3. Their support desk sent back an e-mail requesting additional information, as if they don't have it tied to my e-mail address already. So I complied and sent the information requested, they sent a cancellation confirmation.
They continued to bill my account at the next billing cycle, and never issued me an initial credit.in January they billed my credit card again. I notified them of the prior cancellation again and they again asked for my account information; the confirmation e-mail showing the cancellation and all necessary information was in the e-mail because it was foward to them. This is bad faith, bad business and theft. I closed my credit account and notified the credit card company, CITI.
CITI started the cancellation and credit to my account; then, sent me a letter saying the charge was being applied to my account. Someone by the name of Larson sent the letter without a telephone number to call her on the letter. I replied with a letter to them and to their OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT for CITI. We will see how my monies are returned.
DO NOT USE PFAX unless you want a life-time pfax service.
