Ticketmaster
Brokers resell tickets on eBay while fans find none available

I am so sick of this stupid system. We wait for events to go on sale, get into the system, and after a 1-minute wait we are told there are no tickets available. Go to eBay when tickets go on sale, and the ticket brokers have their tickets for sale and say the event is sold out!

The worst part is that we, the consumers, have no recourse. If you want tickets to an event at a popular venue, don't waste your time with Ticketmaster. They are out to work with the brokers and make the big bucks. Basically the consumer loses, and the brokers rip off these same consumers.

Why isn't there some sort of protection for the basic consumer?
