Ripoff - charging credit card, won't stop membership Norwalk CT

I am being charged monthly $9.99 for a service from Great Fun which I do not want. I do not know how I got it and did write to ask them to stop. They would not do it by internet an dinsisted I do so by phone, I believe. I have been out of the country and keep getting billed. Also, I find several phone numbers. They have no weekend bsuiness hours, either. All this adds up to months of membership to something I never wanted. I want this to stop and refunds given.
