Cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

Yes i would like to say that worldcom may not be the best company company. But! You pepole calling in and being very rude and telling us what we are going to do is not going to get you any where so when you call in to customer service be nice and we will be as nice and help you the best that we can you pepole need to understand that a CSP that is what you get first when you call in that there is only so much we can do they have us to where we can not do much at all evrey thing is workflow.

I am sorry for your trouble that you are having and if you ever get me i will help to the out most extent that i can to make you a happy customer. So please be calm when you call in becuase we sit there 8 hours a day and get bitched out and we did not do anything to u it is not are fault and i know you would not like that at all if someone did that to u and also thin that way when you call other customer service to thank you.
