Cache Creek is Indian Reservation Casino turned "Resort". I noticed only a month later in my Bank Statements that they charged me no show charges to the tune of almost $500! I had never been there, and really wanted to go to the spa but couldn't make it 3 times! On the second reservation supposedly I cancelled the spa reservation but not the hotel??? And on the 3rd reservation I cancelled the hotel but not the spa reservations! Cache Creek contention: If I had cancelled correctly it would show up on the system because someone had accessed it... HUH?

I think someone screwed up when I called and cancelled the wrong reservation date at one point. But it doesn't matter what I think - to my surprise, they are steadfast that I was a no show. I came up with my bank statement to show the different dates of cancellation. Shoot, the Bellagio or Venetian wouldn't even waste time on this and do everything they can to make up for a customer's inconvenience. You'd think they'd at least give me a dinner for my $500 they took from me. I never made it, and Cache Creek (Teresa Orzalli) is the "Guest Relations Manager". Very nice and polite but I've lost my appetite. Am redisputing with the Bank with all my extra evidence. What did I do to them? I didn't steal the Indians land... It's an automatic for the 90 days they investigate. It's the law!
