Pride costs - rented damaged video game & returned next day Manager was rude and would not extend rental period by 1 day

We rented a damaged video and returned next day. Manager was rude and indicated he would extend rental time if we had only notified him earlier (earlier than what?).

Store manager after being contacted actually wanted to work this complaint like an agrument making sure to check "both" sides of the story.

What bad customer service. I paid for 5 days, did not get it, instead received grief, then a moron who wanted to dispute and inform me that I must have not been listening. Clearly not customer focus and don't even know when they are wrong.

All this over to what amounts to be $1.00. They have lost a customer for life (wonder what that is worth).

My advice — DON'T Rent from Hollywood Video.
