Global Membership Solutions RIPOFF making unauthorized charges on credit card

I received two separate charges from this company on my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. The first charge was for $1 and the other for $48. When I attempted to contact both their toll and toll free numbers in the past few days, both had recordings stating business hours and that all customer service representatives were busy and the operator was unavailable.
Additionally, their website movie links, to include Blockbuster Video, are inactive leading me to believe that these corporations are not affiliated.
I reported the charges to my credit card company who immediately dismissed the charges and froze the account number.
