Service gone down hill

I was introduced to Netflix by my brother whom was extremely impressed with service and selection. I joined and was impressed at first as well. I have had twenty movies so far and two of them skipped and were unable to play. I have found that the timeframe has begun to take longer between returning and recieving of movies. This coincides with the new deal Rent More Movies so You Always Have Movies to Watch! (of course the cost is higher!). My point being that service has begun to slow after hooking me in, so that I will buy into this pay more per month deal! The idea is a great one that Netflix has embarked onto the public. However I will be moving soon to the East Coast and don't believe I will be renewing my subscription.
