Com Ripoff Took Payment never sent Video doesn't answer Email Internet

I have tried on several occasions to get a responce from JadedVideo.com; however, they refuse to answer emails and customer service questionaires. They advertise "Great Customer Service", yet took my payment, never sent the product, and seem to think avoiding the issue is better than refunding. I realize in the grand scheme of things this is a small purchase, but something should be done to warn perspective customers of the impending rip-of. To make matters worse, they still advertise the product on their webb site! I wonder how some people can sleep at night!
