Ripoff, liars, scam artists, thiefs

I was trying to purchase presale tickets. I had the password. I searched for tickets for 2 hours and finally found a pair I could live with and I went to pay for them and the site went down. I wasn't able to access the site for the rest of the day.

I called them and they said they were having no problems. I kept telling them they must have blocked me from the site for some reason and they said no. I was able to get on the next day, but by then all of the decent tickets were gone. Someone needs to do something about this company!!
