Wax on Wax off - Wax on Wax off service

I purchased detailing of two cars on July 17 and paid $120.00 with a credit card. When I called three different days later to find out when it could be scheduled, the phone number was an answering machine stating only the phone number and not the business. I was uneasy about the legitimacy of the business. I called Groupon to inquire. Wax on Wax off called the next day. I was scheduled 3 months later! The date was October 17th 8:30 - 12:30. On that date I called in the morning to know the expected time. The answering machine, without the business name, took my question and phone numbers. After two calls they finally answered at 11:45. The general manager would call me back after talking to the technician. At 12:50 the secretary called to inform me that the technician had called and even took a picture of my house to prove he was there. I had been home all day, moved my cars to be worked on in the driveway, and sat by the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction and wanted to talk to the manager. She called me back at 1:07. We rescheduled for the next day between 8:30 and 12:30.
