Fraud Alert For Magazinecity.com! - Magazine City

I ordered a magazine on 3/01. I emailed them 6-7 times. The first three times, I got a form letter stating that seasonal magazines take 8-12 weeks to come in. After the 4th month I emailed them again, and this time, Whitney Faber from customer service, (phone number, 617-706-9110) emailed me and stated they have no record of my account. I had a printed copy of my bank statement showing that I ordered this magazine. Then I emailed her again saying I had proof and I called her to try and clear up this issue, and she said this company is not associated with the website of the same name, which is total BS because their phone number was on my bank statement. I emailed her again telling her this information, then she said The Writer's Digest is not one of their publications. I immediately did a search on their website and had no problem whatsoever locating it. After five months, I called my bank and disputed the charge and I eventually got my money back. But this website is getting more and more complaints regarding them taking the money and not delivering the magazines. This website and anyone associated with it is obviously fraudulent. At this point, everyone who has complained of not getting their magazines from this site should file a state attorney general complaint. Please call your state attorney general's office and fill out a complaint form, otherwise they will continue to steal money from people who order magazines through them!!!
