Jenco Cinemas Theater Ripoff manager displayed acts of racism towards sibling

On the night of December 10 my younger brother and his friends had gone out to the movie theater Mounds Theater 10 In Anderson Indiana to go see the movie Blade. Three Caucasian males were ahead of him and one was asked for ID to get into the movie the other two were not asked for ID though in appearance were just as young if not younger all were permitted to view the movie for Blade. When my brother, accompanied by his friends both 19 and 20 with ID, went to purchase tickets he was refused ticket for not having valid ID even though his friends were the ones purchasing the tickets and showed their IDs. I used to work in a movie theater and completely unerstand the MPA movie guidelines and know that as long as you are accompanied by a parent or guardian or adult of 18 years of age or older you are allowed into the movie.

If these guidelines have changed then so be it. I do not have any complaints against that My complaint is to why were the two boys from before allowed in without showing there IDs. My father had called and gave the manager his approval to allow my brother to view the movie and yet the manager said "NO" When he asked for his name the manager gave his name (Which I will only say his first name as BILL) the witnessing manager who seen Bill allow the three other boys in refused to give his name. Later I stopped into the theater to give my permission for my brother to watch the movie but he had already left the building upset. The manager then argued with my boyfriend when my boyfriend said "you don't know who I am do you?" the manager said "I don't care who you are it does not matter if you are the govenor of Indiana" what my boyfriend's point was that he is a CUSTOMER and a customer is always right. He argued with me and my boyfriend on the MPA guidelines. He showed very poor Customer Service.

My brother is a martial arts Instructor who has permission and a license to handle weapon, I don't see why he wouldn't be able to view a movie with an R rating seeing that he did have permission from both his parents and his older sister of 25 years of age was accompanied by a 20 year old and a 19 year old. Jenco Cinemas aka Mounds Theater 10 shows very poor customer service towards their customers and acts of Racism.
