Went to see saw 5, told ticket holders that screen was too small for movie and to open the screen wide to see full movie

Recreation & Entertainment

I went to see Saw 5 in this movie teatre, when i notice the screen did not open for widescreen of the movie, I told them to open the screen for widescreen view, since the movie was showing on the black felt of the movie theater. A skinny guy that was cleaning the floor told me that it would open automatically when the movie starts. Movie started and nothing, I went again and told them that the movie was showing on the black part of the screen, the same guy said that they could not do anything about it. They went there and checked, and I showed them that indeed the white was showing on the black part of the screen. They said that they could not do nothing about it, you would think to call their manager, I have told them before in other movies I've seen that the screen need to be open, they call by raidio up to the film booth and open the screen. These did not even bother to call a supervisor, nor the person that was in the booth to fix that. They got upset and said they were not going to do nothing.

I got my brother and asked for my money back. I asked for a supervisor, they denied it, asked to talk to the person in charge that was up in the booth and was denied talking to them. My eyes are very sensative and can see the movie in the black felt, and all I wanted to see is the full movie in widescreen not part of it, this happened on 10/26/08, the 7:20pm show
