TOS are not CLEAR regarding billing

Unfortunately, my experience with Redbox has been one bad decision after another. Their Terms of Service does not go into detail regarding their billing, and is only available at the kiosk itself. Knowing this, they expect customers to not understand that after 20 days, they bill for a movie that you can no longer turn in after 30 days. Not only that, but they would rather bundle up bills for separate items such as movies and games, in order to get the most out of the bill, (and not because you can't charge a card more than once - that's a lame excuse because people can certainly use the same card to rent as much as possible in any given month). TWICE, I have been told that I didn't turn either a game or a movie in on time and have been charged for it. I turned in a game a few months ago that never seemed to show up and I was charged 60 dollars for it. Then I turned in a game and a movie together, thinking it was before the 30 days, and was charged full price for the movie. After discussing it with two unhelpful employees; I was unable to find satisfaction. This is the LAST time I will EVER use their service. Be mindful of what you agree to - they will use any reason to bill for as much as possible, no matter what kind of stupid excuse they give.
