Failed to honor "Groupon Promise"

I bought a Groupon present to get a cruise on Bay Area bay having a business named Bay Area Activities. I tried many times to create a reservaton for that cruise but room was never available. Bay Area Activities today doesn't react to communications and it has no telephone number where they may be approached. I reported to Groupon however they did nothing to solve the issue.
