Ripoff they over charge their dancers for the booth fee and get half of what we make

I am a dancer at intimates, and I feel we are paying the owner to work there. We are charged a booth fee which we are charged everytime we work. We all understand that, simply cause we are basicly renting the space we dance in and that is fine. We all appproved to that, but then on top of that the owner gets half of what we make. The shows are $20.00 for 10 minutes so we only get ten of that. So if a dancer gets 8 shows that's 80.00 dollars but the owner gets that plus the 35 dollars on top of that, which is 115.00. So he makes more then the dancer and he does nothing. Wwe feel we are being ripped off.
