Stubhub is illegally holding my money

I sold 2 tickets for under face value for an event on 11/24. Tickets were sold on 11/16. As of 12/10 I still have not received ANY of the funds. I called Stubhub on Tues 12/4 and was told the buyer provided a bad address for delivery. Not my fault, I was told, but that their system was automated so that once Fed Ex scans them as "delivered" that's when payment starts to be issued. Ive NEVER received ONE email from Stubhub telling me there's been a delay. I was promised on 12/4 that payment would be made within a week. Well today is 7 days later and NO MONEY, NO EMAILS FROM STUBHUB. Meanwhile who is illegally collecting interest on that money — yup, Stubhub.
