After 5 weeks we're exhausted. A household of 5 residing in a-one room condo by having an empty home waiting but Nationstar wont let's contain it. We were informed short-sales are anything-but short therefore we understood it'd take a moment. After numerous efforts to achieve out to entrepreneurs, CFOs. Agents etc we've no reaction. We dropped in deep love with a home which was outlined as well as in short-sale with Nationstar. We place in a bet, posted financials, did assessments, studies and anything they requested us to complete. It appeared as though it'd proceed along. Placing down over fifty percent of the requesting price. More than competent. The week of christmas they choose to request 5000.00 more from us after currently taking our unique present. The initial homeowners shifted out and there it rests. Your house. Vacant. Although we sit-in a-one room 2 cities away. I'm ruined by this lender.
