Terrible service/broken promises - carpet

Sold me expensive carpet-delivered it three weeks after appointment time.installation was good. Sales people seem okay. Was supposed to get tax savings refund. I have been calling for a month now with promise after promise. Their promises are no good. Not worth savings the money!!! Bought carpet there previously-will never do it again. This is my second complaint ever in my lifetime. They have really frustrated me.
