Extreme final prices and costs, poor mortgage maintenance, concealed mortgage conditions, incorrect accounting, scam, break of fiduciary responsibility. They put up unsuspecting homeowners to crash, among other activities, by not revealing real mortgage conditions or conditions of balloon payments. Withholding funds meant to customer. They increase monthly obligations without informing homeowner then foreclose on-property. Difficult to make contact with because they do not return calls of course if you need to do cope with they're rude and disrespectful. Previously they've had their permit revoke from the Department of Property because of incorrect documents within their escrow and mortgage servicing records.
