We hired a house for just two years through 534 Lease. These were about visiting restore small issues in your home really sluggish. We seldom obtained a callback from their website. Most of common maintenance of the period they attributed the homeowners of the home whilst the cause repairs required such a long time or for that lack completed towards the house. They stiffed us over $200 of deposit declaring we broken anything in your home upon transferring out. They were informed by us that very harm had been documented by us to them a year before. We didn't do this. They never described the harm and actually arrived for normal assessments. But OBVIOUSLY they CAn't locate any report of ANY files or our statement from our assessments! The "office supervisor" John is useful although something. He's saturated in " Iam unsure I-donot understand, and I'll need to check up on that ". Allow him move or somebody must educate him. Overall I'd not suggest this spot to anybody.
