$4,000.00 water system stoped working after 8 months - Impression Plus series by Water Right

Representative came out and wasn't sure why it quit removing the smell from our well water. It had preformed perfectly for 8 months. He claimed the water table may have changed. After much discussion he decided and I agreed the carbon in the tank should be replaced at a addition cost to me of $577.00 Apparently the 12 month guarantee that comes with the equipment doesn't mean much. The technician came out, removed my 8 month old tank, replaced it with a beat up dirty tank with new carbon in it and installed it. It only worked for 30 days this time. At this point I went online to research what might be happening. So much for relying on the Water Rite experts. At this point I put the system in bypass and shocked the well. This solved the odor problem. I flushed the well and put the system back on line. Everything seemed to be working fine until the unit regenerated. The next morning when entering the utility area there was several gallons of water on the floor. I dried everything up figuring it was just a fluke. Then it happened again at this point I stopped down to their headquarters in Appleton. The technician agreed to come out the next morning. He replaced a part in the unit and I just received another invoice for $86.87 When we moved here 10 years ago we had a system installed, It worked fine for all those years only one service call.
