My wife disliked her closet which was made up entirely of wire shelving. Her sister told her about Easyclosets. I checked their website and in one day they replied with a design based on the dimensions I gave on line. I modified it slightly and finalized it after talking to their designer.in one day it was shipped via UPS and arrived two days later in good order. Assembly required cutting the steel hanger bars and it's plastic cover with a Hacksaw. Other assembly required mainly a few phillips screwdrivers. My wife could not be happier with the results.
