Associa is the WORST Associations Management Company under the milkyway, avoid them like you avoid rattlesnakes.

Here's what Associa did to our community:

1. Failed to enfotce covenants, resulting in a substantial fine and a lien against our community.

2. Neglected to turn on the heaters in our common areas in the winter time when outside temperature was -20 degress resulting in pipe freezing and busting causing massive casualty to common areas and homeowner units.

3. Commited insurance fraud by knowingly filing a false insurance claim.

4. Breached the management contract.

5. Violated Colorado Statutory Bill 100 & 89.

6. Depleted our operating funds.
