Charged my card but won't send my product - Kitchen appliances

It has been 32 days since I placed my order. They sent me a stove instead of a beverage center as I ordered. I have been on the phone DAILY trying to get the correct item. Every time I call, they give me another excuse as to why I have not yet received the correct item. They always tell me that they will send me confirmation emails, tracking numbers, etc, but they never do. I always end up having to call them back and then I get some excuse as to why they don't have the information for me. They always say they will call, and they don't. If I did not call them, I would have no contact with them at all. I think that I will need to be contacting my credit card company and file a claim that Appliance Connection has charged me for an item they did not send and apparently have no intention on sending. I will be doing that soon if this isn't resolved. Buyer beware! Order from appliance connection at your own risk!!
