2 1/2 month delivery time

My name is Connel Witherspoon (ph#727-321-0729) I purchased a samsung washer and dryer the weekend of black friday weekend (after than ksgiving) from the st pete lowes location. I was tod that because of the sale, and the high volumes of purchases, the appliances would not be delivered for 2 weeks (12/13). I agreed to the time, understanding the situation. A call was made to my mother (whom the appliances were bought for as a xmas gift) at her residence. They advised her that the appliances were now going to be delivered end of december approx 23rd. It was disheartening to hear for her... Since she has been using the laudermat. For the previous 2 weeks. My mother contacted me about the delivery change. Dec 23rd came and went. I then called lowes to complain. Lowes did apologize for the inconvenience and explained further about why the appliances haven't been delivered. They advised that they had to order internationally and has a 30day shipping eta. They also gave me the pedestals for free... intially charged for 1 pedestal... So approx a $200 discount. They promised that the appliances will be delivered at the end of january. I took that in good faith. Now its 1/27.. Still not delivered. So I called today for an update. The manager advised that thw washer was in and that the dryer will be in tues 2/02.. So they should be delivered next week. Guess we will see!!! All this time my mother has spent money at a laudrymat and been inconvenienced terribly. I have made 2 payments already on a product that has not been received yet... 2 and half month! That's ridiculous. I feel I should be compesated for the inconvenience and the money spent at the laudrymat. If not I will never shop at lowes again and will advise my family and friends of this ordeal. Home depot here I come!
