Getting Screwed by Agent and Fannie Mae

I put a bet through homepath - fannie mae to get a home (811 lousiana, new orleans, 70115) and met the fannie mae asking-price (really added a $1,000 to selling price). The selling agent returned and stated that all offers were rejected which he's taking the highest bid within the next 24-hours. We asked why? No reaction... Seems like a fraud... Requested for that asset manager's number and title, they'll not launch it... Named fannie mae plus they are telling me to talk to analyst 2, remaining communications, number is asking... Fannie mae won't give name and amounts of the asset manager or a. I try calling and just leave communications... This can be a fraud! Who are able to i protest to using the feds?
