Fraud, Lies and Scam

On 7-26-10 a customer, Jayson Tommas and spouse Eileen called about purchasing our timeshare in the Atlantic Structure through Residence Resort Broker, Inc. After speaking with Justin Daniels, acct. Exe agent on 7-30-10 we completed a purchase contract to market our timeshare to Mr. Tommas from Rhode Island. The final was to be kept on June 6.2010 in the organization area in Washington DC. We born a safety deposit of $1200 according to directions. Next we obtained a telephone call the final was delayed. And we never heard from their website again. We called many times. The answering machine stated workplace is shut on 9-10-10 and 9-13-10. We dropped our deposit of $1200 from these people, liars and scammers.

I submitted a with Institution of Consumer Protection Agency, PA, Ben Corberr, lawyer generql and National Trade Commission #31605995. BBB gave them an F score. They got our cash. I'd like them punished and place in prison and my money-back!
