Before publishing my own dreams associated with mortgage servicers, I do want to reveal my ideas for solving them. Many weeks before departing, I plan to punch holes within the several big wood woods on my home and load them with sodium and RoundUp. The garden and bushes can get normal watering with salt brine. About the evening I leave from my house, I'm moving in the attic and certainly will put deer urine and skunk gas (offered at any sporting goods shop) between all of the surfaces before starting the new water containeris drain device (heated water tank is within the loft). After I abandon, the rear door and windows is likely to be available therefore all of the creatures residing in the swamp behind my residence may come in and revel in the 50 lbs of bad beef spread at home. Water may operate in the heated water container before energy is disconnected for non payment but I doubt that'll quit atleast a few of the swamp creatures from instantly trying out home and much more may relocate once the flooding stops.
Homecomings Financial nearly got my house after I approved "Problem Help" following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Their "help" was a larger catastrophe than Katrina and charge me thousand of bucks, but I were able to keep my house. Then my maintenance rights were purchased by Litton. After nearly annually of unemployment and under-work, I did so financing change through Litton. 8 weeks following the change was in position, my regular payment record started to display "Other Costs Due" within the quantity of $6000.00. Litton stated it had been for "costs and corporate improvements" they forgot to incorporate in the change but wouldn't itemize the costs. I called Litton countless occasions challenging they take into account the "costs and corporate improvements". I had been a rude, hateful, persistent, name calling bitch. Once the CSR lied, I named him/her a liar. Once the CSR was unaware, I named him/her silly. Once the CSR hungup on me, I named straight back and took in to the next one. After 1 5 years, a CSR accepted the "costs and corporate improvements" must have been "written-off" included in the change procedure and guaranteed to obtain them taken from my bill. 3 months later, I returned on my brush and began again since the costs stayed on my billing record. Fundamentally, the costs were decreased to $2000.00 (or -) after which, in November my maintenance rights were offered to Ocwen who quickly evaluated $800.00 to my escrow account without clarification. Ocwen has improved my payment per month $73.00 before escrowed amount is paid but, up to now, haven't described the foundation of the debt. And, yes, Littonis $2000.00 in "costs and corporate improvements" proceed to look on my billing claims.
After 7 years of coping with the planned and not-closing mess of Homecomings Financial, Litton Loan Servicing and Ocwen, I'm shattered, exhausted and nearly beaten. The little collateral I've were able to keep won't spend final fees and shifting costs easily promote the home. Our credit score, always-excellent just before Katrina, is destroyed. I might not maintain these thieving birds from getting my house but, since I have have nothing left to get rid of, I will make certain their initiatives are properly compensated.
