Took marketing money up front and never sold anything & had lots of excuses

We obtained an unwanted phone to market our Excellent Vacations Club account that was because of end in about six months. The girl "Gail" was really effective and informed us that she believed we'd atleast a "90%" possibility of hiring/marketing a number of weeks (we'd 14 complete months) which she'd a lot of customers searching for qualities although not enough stock. We got a jump of religion and respected her and settled the $999 up front advertising charge. Then we never noticed from her again. I named her 2 1/2 weeks later and requested her that which was happening. She stated the storm (per weekapproximately before) was unexpected. That does not remove in the 2 months before the storm that she did not offer something for all of US—and people 2 months were September & August, which she assured us were exceptionally hectic weeks.in conclusion, I named her every month next—usually ME calling her—to determine what was occurring. However nothing. I'm angry at myself for not examining the corporation out. Arrive at discover, they've A - D score using the BBB & aren't certified. Large red-flag! They've had 18 grievances submitted using the BBB within the last three years! They've 22 grievances submitted using the Attorneygeneral's Office in California. Within our first discussion, "Gail" really slickly resolved the BBB problem right in advance stating these grievances were mainly solved which the rest of the several could be solved very briefly. IT"S TRASH! We're battling to get a total return.
