Over priced and overbearing. Its like living at a nunnery. The landlords have many rules and regulations for you but they have none for themselves. They entered my apt without notification and turned on my stove top while they removed the heater. Because I was traveling, the stove remained on for 2 days! And again they did NOT notify me at all! Yet, it is stated in their contract that they would notify renters of the landlord’s entry with “reasonable notice”. Also, they required you to complete a honey-do list at the end of the contract including: cleaning OUTSIDE windows, window trim, and lighting fixtures! Furthermore, the walls between apts are thin with little insulation. As a result, you can hear your neighbors perfectly and heating/cooling bills are high. Btw, you are not allowed to have space heaters either. To boot, the landlords frequently inspect your apt and they are quick to nitpick all of the tiny errors YOU have committed in their apt.
