This location doesn't have administration. Yes, you will find individuals at work, but all-they do is gather lease... They don't worry about other things that continues here.

You will find chaotic motorists that pace through the parking lots and round the speedbumps.

Ive been grazed by one of these simple lunatics, as others have now been that I've observed. You will find small children who perform within the parking lot also, plus they dont actually decelerate for them. The supervisor doesnt care, and also the home management organization (US Residential) doesnt care both.

Obviously they'll need to have a multimillion-dollar suit in it before they'll do something about these chaotic motorists. Ive spoke to others living below plus they have experienced all of this also, and stated the same... Administration doesnt care.

The area smells like puppy crap constantly.individuals with pets are designed to choose it-up, plus they dont. Its all around the darn spot. And again, administration doesnt care.

You will find plenty of additional issues with this location too. The administration doesnt care and neither do the home owners.

Appear somewhere else to reside, dont spend your own time with this particular dump.
