The workmen were professional and nice. But I did not get what was verbally suggested by sales rep, which included waterproofing concrete and a cork underlay. I got plastic sheeting with foam on one side for underlay. This company does not include matching baseboard. So the workmen used trim I had left over from a previous project. This company does not supply or put in a strip to cover the gap between rooms. One worker used a dark wood strip he 'found' between floors which looks hideous. I said I would have to sand it down to match. I cannot recommend Express flooring. They charged over 400 dollars for an 8 x 4 closet laminate floor, no waterproofing, no cork matting, no baseboard trim, no matching gap peice. They left the old flooring behind. The workers can't do much based on this company's tactics. I think this company takes the piss piss because they get away with this for so long.
