Won the auction on site, but then was told I didn't. Don't bid!

Bet on the home and gained on auction.com. After not reading from auction.com in 72 hours approached them. They stated I had been not the champion in the end, whatever site explained. Additionally mentioned, that somebody put a bet for $53,500 and I put exactly the same one fro $53,000 after, and so I didn't get. Site doesn't permit bidding in the same cost (duh, market!) and provides extra 2 moments when someone outbids you. Our bet was the final one put! Submitted a using the Better Business Office, but that'll not get me the home I'd like.
DON'T USE THE CORPORATION! You'll regret it.
